From the same family as the RMCC Como, and designed by Simone Pittella, the RMCB Bellagio features a straight, rather than a curved edge at the top. This handle also differs in being slightly more elongated in form. As with the Pittella Como pull, the RMCB Bellagio comes in a variety of dimensions so that there’s a sense of continuity in door hardware throughout a home. Used for everything from door handles to coat hooks, this design also references water, both the ocean and the still water found at Lake Como. The RMCB Bellagio also evokes the countryside around Bellagio in the Lombardy region of northern Italy. This fixture, as with the region’s topography, changes from a flat to a gentle rise. Angling away from the wall, this design, with its concealed fixtures, appears to ‘float’.
Led by Pittella’s Managing Director, Simone Pittella, and working in collaboration with a highly skilled team of artisanal manufacturers in Italy, the Pittella Design Studio are responsible for sourcing, selecting and developing a wide range of unique, high-quality products that are perfectly suited to the needs of their Australian clientele.
