Industrial designer Giulio Iacchetti has created work for brands including Alessi, Artemide, Foscarini, Ceramiche Refin, Danese, Fontana Arte, Magis, Moleskine and Pandora. The distinctive characteristics of his work are manifested in the research and definition of new object typologies, like the Moscardino, the biodegradable spoon/fork designed with Matteo Ragni for which he has was awarded the Compasso d’Oro in 2001.
In 2014, he won his second Compasso d’Oro for the design of the manhole covers Sfera, designed with Matteo Ragni for Montini. Giulio continues to design for dnd collaborating on new designs being launched at the inaugural 2022 Salone Del Mobile Milan.
