Conceived by Mim Design, this intimate 50-seat wine bar captures the essence of Italy’s enoteche, offering patrons a sensory journey through its meticulously crafted interiors. Upon ascending a discreet side entrance, guests are greeted by a palette that evokes the warmth of the Mediterranean.
Textured rendered walls, Corsica Rosa del Garda tiles, and rich burgundy hues set the tone, while the central bar—crafted from Carrara marble and domino granite—stands as the focal point, celebrating the union of wine, meat, and cheese in a setting unique to Melbourne.
Integral to this design narrative are the Pittella accessories in Tumbled Brass, including the Maralina Door Pull. These elements not only enhance the tactile experience but also underscore the commitment to craftsmanship and detail, seamlessly integrating with the bar’s aesthetic.
The thoughtful spatial planning ensures both functionality and ambiance. Custom wine fridges, a cheese maturing room, and a stainless-steel kitchen reflect the D’Anna family’s dedication to quality and tradition. Seating arrangements, from walnut-topped stools to Carrara marble tables paired with IVA dining chairs, offer comfort and style, inviting patrons to linger and savour.
