At Pittella Pty Ltd (Pittella), we are committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To ensure your confidence in our Products, we offer a warranty covering defects in materials, workmanship and finishes. Below is an overview of the warranty we provide in respect of our Products that are used in residential installations or settings. For Products used in Commercial Installations, the warranty period is 12 months from the date of supply. GENERAL WARRANTY RESIDENTIAL APPLICATIONS

Maintenance

Varnish Group

(Oil Rubbed, Black Opaque, White Opaque)

Clean with pH-neutral soapy water and a soft cloth.

Avoid:
Harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners.

Electroplated Group

(Polished Chrome, Satin Chrome, Nickel, Brass, Rose Gold, Iron Ore)

Clean with pH-neutral soapy water and a soft cloth.

Avoid:
Rubbing aggressively, exposure to acidic substances.

Chemical Etch & Brass Treatment Group

New Addition:
Stabilised vs. unstabilsed Versions of Antique Brass & Tumbled Brass

Unsealed:
Develops patina over time; clean with a dry cloth only.

Sealed:
Maintains original appearance; use a soft cloth and pH-neutral cleaner.

Avoid:
Chemical cleaners that could strip the patina.

Stainless Steel Group

(Marine Grade 316 Stainless Steel)

Regular Cleaning:
Use a soft cloth with warm, pH-neutral soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry to prevent watermarks.

Stubborn Marks:
Non-abrasive stainless steel cleaners are safe if free from bleach or harsh chemicals.

Avoid:
Abrasive tools (e.g. steel wool) and harsh cleaners, which can scratch or damage the surface.

Cleaning Tip:
Always wipe in the direction of the satin grain to maintain uniformity and finish quality.
